OK Sky,
Let's get the answer correct.
When trying to access a Netflix title on the Sky stream platform, the Sky puc closes down and freezes. I then have to do a reset. This happens on both my puc's, yet not on my Sky glass TV. I have spoken direct to Netflix and they tried to resolve, but was unable. They suggested I contact Sky and ask for the Netflix app to be uninstall it from my account then reinstalled. I tried Sky for help, but all I got was reset advice. This was tried to no avail.
So what is the answer to this, as the advisor was at a loss?

Try the following;
Perform a restart
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Then, refresh your apps;
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
Also, have a read of the following help article and check you have the latest Sky Puck software version as laid out on step 1

Netflix can be a bit finicky on Sky Stream. Do the reset as described in a previous post. You may need to do this occasionally throughout the life of the puck, and not just for Netflix. It is a small computer, and can crash or become corrupted like any other. Apart from that, I make a point of exiting the Netflix app after watching something on it. Exit Netflix is to be found in the sidebar that includes Search. That seems to make it much more stable.

Which Netflix content cause the issue?

I've found it's best to exit all apps when I've finished using them and it's eliminated pretty much all the issues like this I had since I did that.
A lot of people will just press the home button to leave an app and go back to the Sky Home Screen but it's always best to use the exit button on the apps menu or to keep pressing the back button until the app closes.
