Really hope someone can help with this as i am currently going round in circles with Sky and Netflix.
Have logged into Netflix on Sky Stream but billing has not switched over to Sky even though netflix basic is included in my package.
Netflix say account not linked, Sky say I may have an old e-mail address linked to Netflix and there is nothing I can do.
Sky said I should be sent an e-mail to link my Netflix account to Sky and that the e-mail address for my Netflix needs to be the same as my Sky ID which I find hard to believe.
I previously had Sky Q which was linked to a old Netflix account and I'm not sure if this is causing the issue but no one seems to have a solution!!!!
If I try and set up a new Netflix account on Sky Stream it says I need to contact Sky to upgrade my package.
Please help!!!
