Netflix app automatically launching on Stream?
Is there a way to stop this behaviour? If I search for something using voice control that is on Netflix (e.g. Stranger Things) it automatically launches my Netflix app and takes me away from the Sky interface.
Often I just want to read the synopsis or add something to my playlist, I don't want it to automatically launch the program.
It doesn't seem to do this with HBO, Paramount+, Disney etc?

Re: Netflix app automatically launching on Stream?
You make a good point @mancsmark. The same thing happens to me and I would be interested if it happens to others as well. The way I get around it is to use voice mail to look for a cast member, in this case Billy Bobby Brown. That way the program can be selected to add to your Playlist or give you a program synopsis. As you say it only seems to happen with Netflix and should be sorted.

Re: Netflix app automatically launching on Stream?
Thats just the way the platform works for Netflix shows, when you voice search a Netflix show it automatically opens the show page within the Netflix app. If you want to add a Netflix show to your playlist, the best way i've found of doing this is doing a text based search as then you can highlight the show and press the + button on your remote.
