Netflix activate no option

Hi just got sky ultimate with netflix when I ty to activate on app saying I need to have sky ultimate which I have so no option to activate 

Only giving me the option to sign up to netflix didn't have any problems activating the other included apps tried everything if I go on my sky account it says its included but no way to activate it there either
