Neither puck allowing uhd and now a remote has stopped working.

Got sky glass and 2 pucks a couple of weeks ago. Neither of the pucks will allow UHD 2160 resolution. Both connected tv's are compatible. 1 comes up with the message to confirm selection but then turns off, it can be turned back on by pressing 1080. The other puck doesn't come up with the message to confirm selection it just switches off and will not come back on until the power is disconnected and reconnected. The remote on the 2nd one has also now stopped working, no backlight and won't reset/repair. I have changed the batteries and still nothing. The puck does work with the other remotes.

@Gstrachan77 what model TVs are these? Some early UHD TVs did not support HDCP 2.2 which Stream requires as they predate that standard. If the TVs only support HDCP 1.4 you will be limited to HD.

@Chrisee , thanks for the feedback. One is an lg un71006lb and the other an lg uk6300plb. The first one worked with uhd with my skyq.
