Problems with 5 on demand

Is anyone else having problems with my 5 on demand? 5 star works but my channel 5 on my playlist doesn't.

@caesarome  As poster mentions playlist this is Glass/Stream, related and a known issue with the 5 on demand app

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

factory reset resolved the issue and all playlists stayed in tact. 

only hassle was logging back into the apps but didn't take too long.
