Morning,
So last night started to delve into the My5 app, what a nightmare hopefully someone can shed some light on the subject.
1) I am logged in, but yet everytime I start something I have to confirm I am 16+ or over..... Even though in my account my Date of Birth has been entered.
2) FF/REW Using this feature (I am paying for) brings back very unpredicatable resume of playback sometimes it is choppy I.e. Freeze/play/Freeze/Play To correct FF or RR a few seconds 2 or 3 times and it continues normally.
It actually ruined my viewing experience after about the 4th Episode I had to give up for the night.
Is this a standard feature or is just me ?
