My stream doesn’t work on my lounge tv

Hi I have just moved I have sky glass and sky stream my wire out the broadband into the stream box is not long enough to fit do you know what I can do because I havnt managed to get the sky working in my living room or child bedroom but the sky glass tv is working with the broadband

What is your internet speed and WiFi signal like? You can run the pucks off wireless if you have good enough signal.

To connect to new router you will need to reset your connection: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

Alternatively if you want to use ethernet, you can buy some network home plugs this allows you to use the wiring in your home to transmit data. Something like https://amzn.eu/d/b3KhDdH.
