My sky puck says please wait for your program to load
My internet is connected via wifi, sky tv home page loads ok, but any program I try and watch, the screen goes black and it says 'please wait for your program to load' then it doesn't load atall

@Dj109 Have you tried rebooting your puck? If not give it a try by switching it off at the plug socket and waiting a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.

If the reboot doesn't work I'd suggest disabling the WiFi in the settings and using an Ethernet cable instead and see if that improves things.
