It doesn't work that way @DaniellJohn59 Sky won't call you, you need to call Sky.

@DaniellJohn59  You're not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, nothing can or will happen in repsonse to your post.  No one can or will call you either.

You also can't cancel your Sky services through a public forum, no one here knows who you are,or your acount details

Have you checked your previous bills and compared to yourcurrent bill? Has a discount now ended?  If so when you took out your Sky subs you will have been informed at the time how long discounts apply for.  In addition the annual price rise takes place each April, as detailed within your T&C's.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You need  to call sky to talk about this, it will  be  1 of two things, firstly  your  discounts have finished, and you can see this on  the bills before it went up, it could  be the April price  increase or a combination  of the two, you will have received  an email about this check your  emails and your  spam emails

Re: My direct debit

I would guess your prices have risen in line with the April price increases.

I'd check your T&C's, but I'm 99% sure that will be why.

My prices have increased also sadly.
