My channels are not working.

The sky stream is not streaming in my tv. It keeps going off.

Hi @Nkeoma 

 

You will need to provide some more information.. Going off in what way? Are you seeing an error or Message? What is your broadband speed? Who is your ISP? Does it meet the minimum requirements of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? Are ther specific channels, what steps have you taken to resolve e.g. reboot.

 

Once you provide more information the community will do it's best to assist. Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky so don't know your setup unless you tell us.

have you tried removing the plug from these socket for a few minutes
