My Sky Stream keeps dropping mid programmme, no issues with Netflix or You Tube

I appear to have one Stream that keeps dropping they other seems to be okay and we dont have any issues with Netflix or You Tube. - Any ideas

@Rebecca741 Netflix and You Tube use a system called rate adaptive streaming where the picture resolution is reduced when the connection speed drops Sky dont use that technology so where the wifi is slightly dodgy you lose Sky and apps like iPlayer before Netflix. Solution is to improve the connection speed which could involvecgetting a booster or similar assuming an ethernet cable isnt possible.

Do you have Sky Glass TVs or Sky Pucks?

 

Have you run Netflix get help Network check on each device, this will tell you the connection speed to each device.

So it turned out to be a set up issue which was resolved by switching it off and turning it back on again and redoing the set up process...not embarrased at all! Both of my streams are working now . Thanks for the help.
