Rail overkill added today on Sky Stream

Has anyone else  noticed  the change  to the homepage  with  more rails  now  under  the settings, I  like  it things like now added competition reality shows, suspenseful crime drama,wild western movies and others

It's something that came on today. I don't mind it myself but some people have posted they're not keen.

I never scroll down that far unless I need to use the Settings or Search, which for user friendliness should be located on the top bar with playlist etc. It's stupid them being located where they are as not everyone likes the voice control. I found it frustrating so turned it off.

While the rails are overkill, I hope that the sky news rail become accessible at anytime as a result. I normally find it only appears for me later in the day.  This would be handy as no sky news red button or app on stream.

Think Sky needs to fix 30 rails after settings because when I go into Movies rail at top scroll down you can see same ones after settings & just like if go to TV Shows rail you get few that are tv shows. So why have them there

I'm like you @Jporch316 .  I know they are there but very seldom go lower than the Apps bar so don't really notice them. If I want settings I use the voice command.

(Off topic but in case you haven't noticed Foundation and Star Trek SNW are back in July (11th & 17th respectively).

I did feedback to a very helpful individual at Sky and they agreed that it should be amended and that the settings etc boxes should be at the top and not in the middle. They did say they will send the constructive comments to the appropriate team, so let's see

There's just not enough rails. I need at least 60 please Sky! Seriously though, it's an odd design choice. Totally unnecessary.

In the last month or so I have noticed that the Home Screen has got more and more bloated, and today I counted that there are 33 lines of icons trying to get you to either watch a show,  play a game or continue watching a show you've not watched the end credits of.  It wasn't great to start with but it just seems to have got worse, does anyone know if there is going to be any way getting the Home Screen more personalised or if they are ever going to fix the continue watching feature ?
