My stream box has been lagging for 3 days and very hard to watch it keeps sticking and freezing I've turned it on and off but still the same

If your Stream puck is connected via Wifi, i'd strongly suggest disabling the Wifi in the settings, plugging in an ethernet cable, rebooting the puck by turning it off at the plug for a minute and then seeing if the situation improves.
If it does then it means the cause of the problem is the strength and stability of your Wifi connection.
