Moving from a regular house to a retirement comunity

I am having difficulty in getting stuff delivered. The people who handle moves are trying to get the new destination address quickly and miss out some important details. They are focused on getting the postal address (house number) and street name.

I am moving to a retirement community which consists of seven separate buildings each with its own name and numbering system.

Consequently the first item required is the apartment number, then the building name and finally the postcode, It is only the building name which differentiates between buildings. One package has already been returned to sender (SKY) because the building name was omitted.
