Movie package not working properly

I got the Sky box, added the rolling movies package but the movie's aren't playing right

Yes, the movie starts to play but then stops and the screen goes blue

Do you have a Sky+ box or a Sky Stream puck?

You need to check the broadband connection to your puck. It's crucial that you get a constant, stable connection of at least 25Mbps without interference for the streaming service to function. 

To find out the speed your puck is receiving, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu at the top left of the screen by clicking on your account avatar and run a network check. 

If you cannot provide a fast and stable enough connection either via WiFi or via ethernet cable direct to your router then you'll continue to have issues with your service.
