Hi has anyone else had a problem when they have moved house and can't take sky q with them but need to swop to sky stream? The new router arrived the day we moved and I was told to ring on move day to order 2 sky stream puks as no satellite dish at new address. When I phoned today move day then call taker tried to sell me sky glass then said I didn't need puks to stream and then told me to phone tomorrow. I despair of Sky why do they make everything so difficult? And being a loyal customer for 25 years counts for nothing. Has anyone else suffered the same difficulties? We now have no sky TV for the whole weekend as god knows when and if the puks will be sent😕

Sky Glass is always pushed as it has a higher profit margin for Sky.
You can still order Sky Q and get a new dish installed if that's what you'd prefer, but otherwise yes, you'll need Stream pucks for every TV you want to watch Sky on.
Alternatively, and until you receive pucks, you can always subscribe to NOW TV which streams all Sky channels live and on demand via the NOW app which is on many smart TVs and most streaming devices. You can sign up for a month or get a sports day pass if that's what you want to watch.
