MYSKY_2306
Hi all,
I see this has come up a few times on here but definitive answer on how to resolve it....
I recently (in the last week) took out Sky Cinema with Paramount+, I wanted to upgrade to have no adverts, which I tried to do and ended up with MYSKY_2306 as an error when I tried to checkout.
I did this in the Sky Store section on Sky Stream.
My only option at this point if no one can assist here is to call them, but I doubt that will work given everyone's post so far!

If you can't get into Sky marketplace on your puck you will need to call Sky.

My dad had this issue when trying to go into My Sky > Sky Shop on both of his pucks and a back office team had to resolve. Not sure if Sky advisors will be able to add the marketplace subscription for you.

Thanks for confirming, I'll go ahead and call them next week to get it sorted I think.
I was afraid that would be the case but thought I'd check see if anyone had success outside of that.
