Constantly loosing Sky tv regardless of program. WIFI speeds are good. Occuring in all rooms & have replaced a puc device. What's the issue Sky? Please sort, very frustrating at random times of the day!

What speed is actually being received by your pucks and/or Glass TV? Have you done a network check using the Netflix app on each device?
SkyOS requires a fast, stable and, more importantly, constant connection to Sky's servers to function which is unlike most other streaming devices.
Your bandwidth can be chewed up quite easily by other devices in your household and WiFi interference can further degrade the signal. You need to make sure your router is rebooted and broadcasting WiFi on as clear a channel as possible.
If you cannot improve your home broadband network then you'll continue to have a poor Sky Stream experience.

Re: Loosing Sky tv
Does sound like your pucks may be getting some kind of interference that is affecting your wifi connection to the puck.
Having a good local network broadband reach is key to running Sky Stream reliably.
As you have noticed, not just broadband speed to your house and router, but for your local network supply via wifi.
Best way to test is via a network speed test on your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during the tests.
What is the speed for each of your pucks?
They may also be suffering from interference, the puck much like a Sky Q box can for some customers suffer from this at times. More often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
Best not to sit it on a glass shelf. Wood is generally the best.
Make sure the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.
You should be using the Sky supplied hdmi cable or a high speed equivalent one.
Plus, change your puck to following recommended settings set in Settings>
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.
Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via an ethernet cable.
A possible alternative, if you cannot sort out your local network wifi to some of the pucks and an ethernet cable connection is not an easy option, is to use a set of powerline Ethernet adapters.
