Looks like I’m not the only one having a problem with Sky stream

Freezing, wait for program to load etc etc

after several phone calls I'm now waiting on a different "puck" to arrive.
I'm wondering why I'm paying for the service that I'm not getting.....

Sorry this is turning into a rant, it's so annoying & always when it's a program worth watching.
everything's been turned off & on, it's been rebooted & updated twice, but it still keeps happening.
is a different "puck" going to solve the problem?

Don't think the puck will make much difference. I also have had a new one.
We need Sky to enhance the puck so that it can stream correctly

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If your current Puck is faulty (hardware) a replacement may solve it. Fingers crossed.

Some basic background info would be useful.....

Who is your ISP?

What is your your routers connection speed to the internet?

what is your Puck's connection speed to the internet using the Netflix Network check on your Puck?
