Since last Thursday have been getting a "lag" when changing channels on Puck. Can be up to 8 seconds - when only have a black screen
Tried checking speeds through Netflix app, but can't get the option of doing so. Only get the screen showing Welcome to your new Plan, and the option of clicking on Next
Any advice?
