@jerry61  Skyb stream isn't localised, if there were a problem with stream it would affect the whole user base, and considering there isn't in influx of posts would suggest the issue with either your broadband or your puck

 

Have you tries rebooting the puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As mentioned above,

Most glitches are usually resolved by a restart.


Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
