Issues with sky stream setup

Hello! 
I received my puck today which I am trying to set up. 
I've turned the puck on and the first question is "would you like to turn on voice guidance?" And gives me two options yes or no to select. 
I don't have the remote control set up yet as this is the first page to pop up when I turn the puck on so I can't select the answer without the remote control being set up and connected. How do I get past this question? Not yet set up WiFi because as as I say this is the first page to pop up and I don't know how to get passed it. Thank you

Hi @Somvintage 

 

Try powering off the puck at the mains. Press and hold the button underneath the puck and power back on until the white light flashes. This should reset the puck and take you to the start of the process.
