Issues with Playlist

New user to Sky Stream, no real issues in the first couple of weeks 

 

I've added a number of programmes to my Playlist and it's all been working well 

 

Added several today with no issues, however just noticed that a lot of stuff has suddenly disappeared and if I select anything to add it doesn't show up in the playlist 

 

I've tried resetting the puck that didn't make any difference 

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues or can anyone provide any help to solve the issue

The playlist can be a bit random. There's no real solution other than pulling the plug for a minute or two to refresh the cache and get a new server connection.

It's actually all just come back 😁

 

I reset the puck a couple of times, perhaps it sorted it, I guess I have to get my head round the fact that everything is online and it's like a website prone to issues from time to time 

 

I did find a hack that showed all my stuff was still avaliable in 'Manage Playlist'

Yeah don't worry too much if your playlist disappears, it's usually just a refresh issue as you've discovered. Sky's servers are busy as more and more people switch to the platform so it can be a bit sluggish on occasion.
