Issues adding sky tv deals to account

Hi all

 

i I left sky tv last week, I've been onto the deals section on broadband customers and it has a tv deal for £15, every time I select it it goes to a blank page on both the app and online, is anyone having this issue?

Hi @Mike1100 

 

If you have only recently left sky you won't be classed as a new customer and there fore the offer may not be available to you.

 

The best thing to do is call sky and see if they will honour the deal. You can call them by dialling 150 from a sky landline or mobile or on the number on this page: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help

No worries thank you both.

 

i thought it might be because we left recently but kept broadband, it just doesn't load anything up for deals except that one though so pretty annoying.
