Issue with Netflix Standard

Recently joined Sky. Netflix included with package. Previuosly with BT which also included Netlix.. When Netflix stopped working, telephoned Slky Help. Spoke with Jeff,  he suggested rejoining Netflix and paying by DD £5.99, which Sky would refund !!  Have failed to resolve issue with Sky and next DD will be paid in May. If I cancel DD then Netlix will stop and I shall be back to square 1. How do I resolve this ??

unfortunately that was poor advice you were given.

 

You need to link your Sky and Netflix accounts together by following the instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
