Interactive tv

I have a sky puck when I turn it on it says no broadband connection then the tv will come on but I can't get on any players or watch anything on my players it keeps saying no Internet connection can anyone help

Is this a new puck you have just setup or is this an existing puck that you have had running fine and is now not connecting to your broadband router/hub.


If it's been working fine before.

Is your broadband router/hub up and running.

You could try restarting your broadband router/hub.

 

Have you changed uour broadband provider?

If so, uoumwill need to update these details in Network settings:

  1. Select Network settings on your TV.
  2. Select Reset.
  3. Wait while your network is checked, then select Confirm.
  4. Now, follow the on-screen instructions to:
    • Connect to a Sky hub
    • Connect to a router from another provider
    • Connect with an Ethernet cable instead of WiFi
