Initial Set Up
Set up broadband fine this morning however cannot Set up TV - try linking account with activation code but nothing happens (see screenshot of the outcome of putting code in - we don't have glass TV so I don't know what it means) and then the TV a set up just sends me back to the beginning of the TV stream set up again??? The bot says I have not active TV subscription and I cannot speak with a human?! Please help

It's possible you've been sent a refurbished puck which wasn't completely factory reset after its previous owner.
