@M077 First thing is to reboot your puck when it loads back up find out what speed your pucks if getting ,if you launch Netflix and scroll to get help, check your network.
Also are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet

Hi @M077 what you describe is typical when the puck can't get enough bandwidth to work quickly. This can be down to WiFi interference, slow broadband speed, or other devices on the network clogging it up. Sky streaming uses a lot more bandwidth than other streaming apps because it's higher quality (by quite some margin) but that means if your environment isn't quite right it can be a poor experience.
As @Deedee36 it's a good idea to restart first and see if that helps at all
- Go to Settings
- System management
- Resets & updates
- Restart device
Failing that, leaving it off for a few minutes at the wall before turning it back on would be the next suggestion.
It's also worth doing a speed test, which @Deedee36 suggested and it's also worth seeing if using Ethernet rather than WiFi is an option for you, is it?
