ITVX NOT WORKING PROPERLY ON STREAM

Why is it that this app doesn't work properly on stream it goes blank when the advertising comes on then buffers with circle going around until the program comes back on again someone needs to fix this asap it's really annoying also why does it just shut down if you put it on pause and come back its shut itself down please can you let me know how I can fix the issues I am having thanks.

There appears to be several issues with ITVX since it updated recently for premium subscribers. There are several threads here about it.

It is highly probable that the fault is with ITV than Sky on this occasion, that said it should be in Sky's best interests to get this sorted ASAP for their customers 🤔

I would imagine it is being looked in to but ITV aren't the best when it comes to their technology expertise.

Itvx is a real weak point of the national  broadcasters on stream, their on demand updates and content is pitiful.

I'm having the same problem,  screen goes black for around 30 seconds in the add break ,program resumes after this, rather annoying

Folks, raise a complaint with Sky - it gets logged and then they can give it to the developers after checking your events on the stream puck for errors 🙂
