When watching a program on ITV X, through Sky stream puck the same issues keep happening.
When it will get to the first adverts, and just as the adverts finish and come to the end, the program jumps back to either the start of the program or a significant amount of minutes previous. For example we were watching a program and were 16mins in to it and it went back to the start without any prompt.
On that same night we watched a whole program until 10mins before it finished and when it went to adverts the program stopped and went back to live TV! Meaning we had to fast forward to the point where the program finished. And when we got there, once again the program went back to the start!
All software is up to date and Internet connection is good! Anybody else have this issue? My feeling is the ITV X app is bugged and hasnt been updated? Is there a fix?
