I’m a Celeb

We like to sit and watch I'm a celebrity after around 20mins to half an hour of it starting and click the watch from the start option on the sky puck, this was fine all last week but come Saturday we can no longer do this, anyone know why? I have also tried starting the program at the beginning but pausing it until we want to watch but it only lets me pause the live program for around 15 mins then just starts playing.

 Any advise or help would be appreciated

Likewise...Sky Stream user here who can't access on playlist episodes 8 and 9 and no episide 10...just blank screen

It could be an issue with the meta data from ITV or other issue. The best course of action is to report this to Skys viewer relations team (viewerr@sky.uk) who will investigate with relevant teams and / or 3rd parties (itv) and feedback as necessary. We are fellow customers here on the community.

 

The other option is to watch directly via the ITVX app.
