Just set up sky stream working fine doing volume on telly as well made the mistake of unplugging hdmi lead as it was twisted now the remote has unlinked with telly and no matter how many times I reset it it won't link with telly

@Tina32  When I did some troubleshooting with Customer Services about a year ago they got me to do a hard reset of the remote.  It's worth you trying it  as follows:

With puck turned off at the wall:

Hold 4 & 6 for 10 seconds

Hold 7 & 9 for 10 seconds

Turn on the puck and wait for it to reboot & the homepage to appear

Hold 1 & 3 until it says it is connected
