I cannot watch anything on my sky in my living room on my 55 inch tv 6 months of nothing ?

I cannot watch Anything on my new 55 inch Samsung tv in my living room always gets stuck then I switch it off on about 10 to 15 times a day till I just turn it all off my puck has got to be faulty I said this months ago my puck in my room works fine I'm stuck in my room watching everything on a 32 inch it's depressing I'm paying a lot a money for a lot of nothing George Burgess.
