It's keeps taking me back to a page saying "thanks for showing an interest, but doesn't allow me to purchase, why is this?

If you are you need to phone Sky to order stream as it's not possible to have both + or Q and Stream at the same address, which means it needs to be ordered online so they can process the cancellation if the currently TV subscription.

Have you created a Sky account and logged into that Sky account?

I have same issue. Not had asky for a year was curious about Sky stream. NO you have to order an over proced tv with an app installed.
I dont want that. Ill just go to bt thanks
