I am trying to purchase sky stream but it won't work

It's keeps taking me back to a page saying "thanks for showing an interest, but doesn't allow me to purchase, why is this?

@Carolyn1231 Are you currently a Sky TV subscriber? If you are you need to phone Sky to order stream as it's not possible to have both + or Q and Stream at the same address, which means it needs to be ordered online so they can process the cancellation if the currently TV subscription.

I have same issue. Not had asky for a year was curious about Sky stream. NO you have to order an over proced tv with an app installed. 

I dont want that. Ill just go to bt thanks
