Hey all
I have a subscription to allow me to forward throught ads. For some reason it no longer works in the channel 4 app?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bluegiraffe have you tried rebooting your device by unplugging it for 30 seconds to see if that solves the issue
if that doesn't work an app refresh may also help.
Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. This process can take 24 hours.
