How on earth do you save favourites?

Hello,

i go through the motions of selecting favourites and then there's no option to save them. What am I missing? Sky stream puck.

Hi @CinderKona 

When you go in to favourites  (TV Guide > scroll accross to Favourites Manage). it recommends what favourites you should have based on what you watch. Underneath there is a save button or a let me choose button. In this screen selecting them adds them to favourites and when you press back you will see what you have added have the option to refresh or clear all.

Thanks for replying but I have no save button.

I found the only way I could keep my new favourites was to turn off the refresh button and then hit the back button. But I have no save button.

Hi @CinderKona 

So refresh is automatically updating them so if you want static ones it needs to be off. The save button is to theeft of that for me. Maybe try a quick reboot to see if it appears.
