Hello i am trying to enable voice control buy doing what its saying by holding down 1 & 3 for 3 seconds but nothing is still not happening.
Any work around to this cheers

Try some of the following;
- Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
- Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
- Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
After your remote has been set do a settings restart
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

1 & 3 syncs the remote to your tv or puck, once that's done use the mircophone button on the remote!

I have tried multiple times and it still coming with the same message to sync it
