Help with sky stream puck issues

Is anybody else having trouble with their sky streaming puck box's mine decided it didn't want to work today it's saying connection to internet has a tick but it keeps coming back at no internet connection

Hi @Donna130690 and welcome to the forum.  Hopefully the following procedure will get you reconnected is it works when it happens to my puck..

 

Put your Glass (or puck) into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV  and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet

I don't have sky glass tv just the puck box's lucky I spoke to someone today am not the only one who is having issues with the puck box's am getting a new one sent out but the other one has completely stopped working I thought it was getting there slowly but nope thank you for replying
