Having issues with streaming the tv channels through the puck.
Screen goes black or freezes for a minute or so every few minutes sometimes whilst streaming all tv channels . I have the tv essential package. I don't know how to fix. Also my mobile phone say I'm offline quite frequently if streaming at same time. Ps5 also says insufficient WiFi to play. I've got full fibre 150. This should not happen. I've only just changed to sky , I'm regretting it . Please help if anyone knows how to fix.

Re: Having issues with streaming the tv channels through the puck.
Hi @Nicola531
You have posted in the Sky Stream section, however it may be best posting in the Broadband section where those with Sky Broadband can assist. Hopefully one of the moderators will move it for you.
Given you are having issues with non sky devices it points to a broadband issue rather than an issue with Sky Stream itself. Sky stream requires 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. Your 150Mbps is clearly more than sufficient for this, but there me be an issue preventing your devices getting these speeds.
You can check the speed you puck is getting opening netflix > profile icon > get help? > Connectivity check.
Also have you tried power cycling your router and checked the service status in the mysky app?
