Have activation link but not working when I go on website!

I have a activation link on my tv screen but when going to https://sky.com/activate and login I get an 'oops there's a problem' error message! I have been trying this for a week. PLEASE escalate this or I will take my service elsewhere. This has gone on for a week and it is impossible to get on the phone with sky!

Make sure you're using the email address (in full) and password you used when you bought Sky Stream.

I have and I am still getting the 'oops' error message. It's not sky glass it's a sky puck. It didn't turn on last week so I reset it and now it's asking to activate online, when I login I get that error message

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

That's what I did after one day of trying to activate.
