Had a problem with batteries exploding inside the remotes.

Recently got sky stream and in this small time I have had the batteries in two remotes explode! even replaced the battery in one of them which left score marks on the batteries! I'm now having to remove the batteries before we go to bed as I'm in fear it might burn down my house!

@Hanyszyn25  Over the last few months the have been a number of reports of this happening to other users.  I would request a replacement remote without delay.  You can order one at the following link Streaming TV replacement remote 

If you are lucky enough to still have a Sky Q remote available you can use it while you wait for a replacement.
