@Kevin6631 Hi, as @Chris-G83 pointed out there can be various reasons for this, two of the most common are a poor internet connection, so check your speed or where the router is in relation to your puck. Secondly the position of your puck. Ideally in the same room as the router,, and make sure nothing is touching it other than what it is sat on, although it is not advised to be a glass shelf. Make sure there is at least 6 inches space around it. I hope that helps.
