Frozen

my sky stream puck has been rebooted and I don't remember the PIN number. When I try forgot pin, I confirm the bank card last4 digits and then prompted to enter new pin but it freezes the screen and nothing else happens. My sky puck has not been working now for over a week each time I try to fix it freezes on a different screen and won't load the home page

Hi @ShaunJeffers Have you tried the default PIN code which, unless you changed the it, will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you have registered with Sky.

@ShaunJeffers   Once you have sorted your Pin out, and your tv continues to freeze check out two things. Firstly your internet speed, if you don't know it there is a internet speed checker on Netflix which can be used whether or not you have subscribed to it. It is in the settings section.   Secondly have a look at where your puck is positioned.  It can be quite tempromental as to where it is positioned.  Ideally on its own, not on top of electrical equipment and with at least 6 inches of space around it.  I hope you sort it.
