Freezing picture

Trying to watch to but picture keeps freezing and sound then cuts out. Occasionally the screen just goes black. Broadband, wi-fi all seems ok but it's making the programme nearly unwatchable.

@Chard1  What are you watching TV on? Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Been having the same issues intermittently @Chard1. Sky are aware with the issues especially on the latency channel 922. I let them know when it happens so they can update my account and let the appropriate team know
