Freezing picture

Hi my sky tv which is through broadband is very pixelated and keeps freezing. Broadband checker says there is no issue and speed is good.

any help is greatly appreciated

Hi @James434  what speed is your internet ?

 

what speed are you getting on your device ? You can check this by going into the Netflix app selecting "get help" and choosing network test 

 

you need a minimum 25 mbs for HD (better if more tbh)
