Freezing or glitching apps

When watching apps like Netflix or Disney+ on my sky stream puck, the picture either freezes or glitches. With Netflix the glitching gets so bad that it eventually causes an error with the app. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have done all the suggested steps and even reduced the streaming quality (which another user suggested on here) and none of it has worked.

@Griff300490  Have you tried an app refresh?  If not go to Settings, System management, Resets & updates, and select App refresh.  This does take a few minutes but wait until it returns you to the Home Screen and see if that fixes it

Hi @Stephen+Mourton . Yes I tried this and it worked for maybe half a day? Then everything returned to how I described it.

@lettice no this is with all of the ones I use/pay for I.e Netflix, Disney and Prime. Weirdly it's ok on BBC iPlayer. Live TV is unaffected.
