My briadband diesnt seem to be connecting to my sky stream this has been happening on and off for few months the hub is right next to the sky puck im have to unplug everuthing and plug back in 3 or 4 times a day to get any tv

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Polly18 If the puck is close to the hub why not try ethernet from the hub to the puck, you would need to go into the puck setting menu and reset the network to connect over ethernet. And also turn of wifi when connected to ethernet
Cat 5 ethernet cable is sufficient and cheap and would certainly improve speeds to the hub, unless of course your line speed is too low.
You need at least 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD.
Open the netflix app on the puck go to Get help and run the speedtest, what are the results of this?
