Flickering screen

I keep getting flickering screen on my SKY. It is happening with all 3 sky boxes.

have tried changing the HDMI cables etc but still getting flickering screen.

@Holly137 which Sky TV system do you have Sky+HD Sky Q or Sky Stream?
