Fed up

Ever since I signed up with sky last year 3 months without a phone line, also lip synch issues. Low and behold the Sky puck goes to a blank screen and says please wait for your program to load, then the picture comes back on, been doing this regularly for some time now

Hi @Chloe142 my Glass tv was affected in exactly the same way for the first time today. It's usually completely reliable so I'm thinking something's amiss within Sky. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

Have you tried  plugging  the phone  into  the hub in the uk socket  on the back ?

Fortunately @Chloe142's phone issue has long since been resolved (and it took a while!)
